Are you back for more? Great! We have more for you. We will be adding a little at a time for you to check in more frequently. This is a time of needing support and change that works for us. These feeling of fear take on many faces. We can feel doubtful that we are strong, or capable. We may doubt that we are cared about or that we are doing a good job in our relationships. We may feel that things are ending long before we are ready to let them go. We may be paralized in fear not able to get out of bed some mornings. Depression is another one that can sneek up on you. Even being numb is a side effect of fear. Actually numbness is the higest form or fear. Fear has so many faces. It is extreemly important that we continue the inside job to create love.
Love is reaching out to those who you enjoy. Doing things that make you feel lighter. You may have noticed, that if you are going somewhere and it feels heavy, and you feel like you don't want to go. It is not in your best interest to go. If you feel light when you think of something it is what you need to do. Our body communicates so well to us. We must learn to listen to it. it's subtle messages let us know when we are headed the right or wrong way. It is our physical nature (intuition) talking to us. Often we remember the feeling of heaviness later when we see that we should not have gone. However that is too late. Now of course there are times when we must attend something that is sad, upsetting or difficult. But it is usually part of our karmic lessons. Those are inevatable. What we are talking about is the everyday things. The more you handle each moment like this the less wrong choices you will make that creates the karma.
Our Channel, has learned to tell what her body wants to eat at meal time just by tuning into how her body feels when she thinks of it. Her body will feel light or heavy depending on the food. She even feels if it will be too heavy to digest, too much fat, or if it will give her an upset stomach. Her body tells her. You can do this too!
At a restraunt look at the meals one at a time, and tune into how your body feels when you think of each item on the menu. ( the picture kind of menu helps) You will be amazed as you prectice it! Your body will respond and tell you what will make you feel lighter and what will make you feel heavy. Be prepared to feel exactly how your body said it was going to feel, it is usually right on. Once you practice this for awhile, you will begin to move with the flow of your life. Rather than fighting it and struggling with the drama of reaction in your life. You will begin to avoid those things by consciously acting in your best interest each step of the way on your path. We invite you to try this tonight at dinner, or in the morning at breakfast, or when someone says something to you about going somewhere. How does it feel? Check in with your body. It knows exactly what you need.
