Stumbling in the meadow.

Note from Judi:
Hi everyone, I am sorry for the delay for this addition to the blog. I have been in the process of clearing out my backpack in a big way! I have closed my Holistic Spiritual Center and moved my work back into my home. Sooooo.... It took quite a while to get through that part of the journey to the meadow. I had a lot to let go of. And a lot to receive. Like taking a workshop that reconnected me with my soul and my gift of appreciation of my work, and my ability. I have to go out of my comfort as a teacher every once in a while to try on the shoes of a student to remember that uncomfortable place inside of me that we all feel when we climb out of our comfort zone. I also needed to get my computer hooked up and running properly. I still have to get my desktop set up, but for now I am using my laptop. Yiiiipppppeeeeeee

Well gang, I had a lot of stuff in that perticular back pack. I am still trying to get the remaining furniture to a new place to live and serve someone else. Hence the delay. Hopefully things will flow a little better now. I have set up my desk in front of a window to my garden and I have a lovely view to look at all the time. Wow! Spirit is good to me! I will soon be setting up workshops and all kinds of retreats and really fun stuff! So thanks for your patients. And heeeeerrrrrrssss

Hello!
Well, we still find ourselves in the Meadow! trying to get on the path again, but there seems to be a few tree stumps in the way! We are stumbling over things in the way, things we thought we threw in the trash years ago! Well campers and treacker, it is time to go through that pack pack one more time. If we are unable to really get on our path, there is something that we have not compleeted, or released. The time is drawing near, the first of April or very later part of March seems to be a good time to get started. Before that, it is going to be stops and starts. We may as well take some time to review, reorginaze, rest, and relax while we can. Before we start back towards the path again, we need to look inside again. Have we truly looked at who we are? What we want? Where we want to go? Until that is clear, we will stumble around in the meadow unable to make things happen. A few things that might work are. Try going to a workshop, on whatever we are stumbling over. Try getting a clearing massage, with someone who really moves energy! Sometimes we are ready to change and move on, but the body has not quite caught up yet. Perhaps we have been so focused on repacking and letting go , that we need a rest. We are about to start out on a journey into ourself. It may look like we are going there, where ever there is. However thats not all of it. Everything we do teaches us how to understand ourself better. Sometimes through our actions, and sometimes through others reactions. It doesn't matter it's all about us anyway. The point is weather we choose love or fear every step along our path. Life is like a movie of what is going on inside of us. If we see betraial in the people around us, we must look for the way we betray ourself, or perhaps others. If we see people who talk ugly to each other, chances are we talk ugly to ourself. We can only change our world outside of us by changing our life inside of us. Life is not meant to be difficult, we make it that way by our choices.

If we are getting ready to simplify our life, we need to simplify ourself inside. Only take on those thing we are happy to do, or that makes us feel good because we made a differance. Do not do what we should or ought to do. Do what we choose to do. Things done in should's or ought's always have a hidden price tag of regret, resentment, or both. That bill usually doesn't gets paid, because we stuff it deep inside, and don't deal with it until we get enough of those stored up and we blow up at some insignifigant situation. Later we realize and here comes the regret.

So what do we do with our remaining time here in the meadow? We take a book and sit under a tree, or a lay out a blanket and watch the clouds, take a nap maybe two. Clear your mind, body, spirit, emotions, and sensces with peace, and quiet. Do it as often and long as needed to bring peace and joy to your heart. Once you are comfortable in your own skin again, and not running the list of to do's through our mind. It is then that we can truly begin to move forward in ease onto the path and leave the meadow behind.

Farewell, Yaz
